March 23, 2026 // Franchising.com // SALT LAKE CITY – Bobby’s Burgers By Bobby Flay is continuing its steady growth with a new restaurant opening Friday, March 27, in the Holladay Hill shopping center, bringing Chef Bobby Flay’s signature made-to-order burgers and bold flavors to another Salt Lake–area community.

Located next to Trader Joe’s and up the street from the Megaplex Luxury Theaters in Holladay Hill, it’s a perfect spot for grabbing a bite after a morning of grocery shopping or before catching the latest blockbuster. The new restaurant marks the brand’s second in the area. Franchisee Joe Sample, founder of Crave Management Group, opened the first Utah location in Orem in 2024. Strong guest response there greatly influenced their decision to open in Holladay.
