BOBBY’S BURGER’S MAY “BURGER MONTH” LOYALTY SWEEPSTAKES

“Official Rules”

 

  • NATURE OF PROMOTION-SWEEPSTAKES

This promotion is a sweepstakes, not a contest or lottery. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning relative to other entrants with the same number of entries. You must be a member of the Bobby’s Burgers loyalty program to win. Enrollment in the Bobby’s Burger’s loyalty program is free and does not require a purchase. Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. This promotion is sponsored by Intelligration Capital BB, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sponsor” or “Bobby’s Burgers”).

 

  • SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Eligible Loyalty Members will not receive entries into the Sweepstakes for purchases made outside of the Sweepstakes Period.

 

  • ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is a member of the Bobby’s Burgers loyalty program or enrolls in the Bobby’s Burger’s loyalty program (enrollment is free) during the Sweepstakes Period, a legal resident of United States (not including U.S. Territories), and 18 years of age or older at the time of participation (“Eligible Loyalty Members”). Eligible Loyalty Members will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each purchase order made in person, or through the Bobby’s Burger loyalty program application, at or from the Participating Locations. Employees of Bobby’s Burger’s, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, franchisees, licensees, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

 

This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and void where prohibited or restricted by law. Bobby’s Burger’s makes no representation that the Sweepstakes is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside of the United States. Any attempt to participate from an excluded jurisdiction will result in disqualification.


  • PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS

Only purchases made at the following Bobby’s Burger’s locations will count toward bonus entries during the Sweepstakes Period: (1) 575 E University Pkwy, Orem, UT 84097; (2) 1895 E Rodeo Walk Drive, Suite B-109, Holladay, UT 84117; and (3) 6100 Fairview Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210 (the “Participating Locations”). Purchases made at any other Bobby’s Burger’s location will not be counted.


  • ELIGIBLE PURCHASES

All purchases, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders, made using an Eligible Loyalty Member’s registered loyalty account during the Sweepstakes Period qualify for additional entries. Each purchase transaction is worth one (1) additional entry. Purchases must be linked to the Eligible Loyalty Member’s loyalty account at the time of transaction to be counted. Retroactive crediting of purchases will not be permitted.


  • HOW TO PARTICIPATE

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. Enrollment in the Bobby’s Burger’s loyalty program is free and open to all eligible participants. Any Eligible Loyalty Members who enrolls in the Bobby’s Burger’s loyalty program on or before May 31, 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes without any purchase or additional action required. Eligible Loyalty Members who make qualifying purchases at participating locations during the Sweepstakes Period using their registered loyalty account will receive one (1) additional entry for each qualifying purchase transaction. There is no limit on the number of additional entries an Eligible Loyalty Member may earn through purchases. Total entries will be tracked automatically through the loyalty program platform.


  • WINNER DETERMINATION

The ten (10) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected. All ten (10) winners will receive the same Prize (described in Section 8). The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Bobby’s Burger’s decisions regarding winner determination are final and binding.


  • PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded to a total of ten (10) winners. Each winner will receive twelve (12) free Bobby’s Burger’s sandwiches (“Prize”), which will be loaded into the winner’s loyalty rewards account following winner verification. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $167.40. The total ARV of all prizes combined is $1670.40. Each Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Each Prize is valid only at the Participating Locations listed in Section 4. Bobby’s Burger’s reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.


  • WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIM

All ten (10) winners will be notified via the contact information associated with their loyalty account within 30 days following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 30 business days of notification, confirming that they meet all eligibility requirements, and agreeing to these Official Rules. Failure to return the required documentation within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. If any winner cannot be reached within 30 days of the first notification attempt, Bobby’s Burger’s reserves the right to disqualify that person and select an alternate winner for that position. Utah participants: Each winner must claim their Prize within 30 days of notification. North Carolina participants: Each Prize will be provided to the winner within 10 days of notification, without any additional obligation.


  • TAX LIABILITY

All federal, state, and local taxes on any Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner.


  • DISQUALIFICATION

Bobby’s Burger’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Loyalty Member who:

  • Tampers with or manipulates their entries through fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized means;
  • Engages in account sharing, collusion, or any coordinated effort to concentrate entries across multiple members into a single account;
  • Uses stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods in connection with any qualifying purchase;
  • Engages in any conduct that Bobby’s Burger’s, in its sole discretion, deems unethical, dishonest, or contrary to the spirit of the Sweepstakes;
  • Violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation in connection with their participation; or
  • Violates any provision of these Official Rules.

  • PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a Prize, each winner, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grants Bobby’s Burger’s and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and general location (city and state) for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any medium, including but not limited to social media, without additional compensation. Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the Sweepstakes. Participation in any such promotional activities is voluntary but may be required as a condition of Prize acceptance where permitted by law.


  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Eligible Loyalty Member releases and holds harmless Bobby’s Burger’s, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize; (iii) any technical errors, malfunctions, or failures of the loyalty platform that affect entry tracking or winner determination; or (iv) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, transactions, or notifications.

 

  • TECHNICAL FAILURES & FORCE MAJEURE

Bobby’s Burger’s is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or failures in the operation of the loyalty platform or any other technical issues that may affect the tracking of eligible entries or the determination of winners. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Bobby’s Burger’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion. Bobby’s Burger’s shall not be liable for any disruption to the Sweepstakes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government action, or failure of third-party service providers.

 

  • SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted or advertised. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to any social media platform. Social media platforms are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the fulfillment of any prizes.

 

  • DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants or Bobby’s Burger’s in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees. Participants waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in any representative capacity.

 

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS

Bobby’s Burger’s reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. Bobby’s Burger’s is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete transactions or notifications. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes the Eligible Loyalty Member’s agreement to these Official Rules. Bobby’s Burger’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the consumer protection laws of North Carolina and Utah. Void where prohibited.

All personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with Bobby’s Burger’s Privacy Policy.
